-
Players competing in the Sunshine State Open Division must be TIA members or registered delegates at International Pow Wow.
- Teams will consist of two (2) players: one supplier, one buyer for the competition.
- Two teams randomly selected will make up a foursome. Same company teams will not be paired with each other.
-
Tournament play will be a 2-person scramble. Each player hits a shot. The better of the 2 shots is chosen, and both players hit their next shot from there. This process is repeated until the ball is holed.
- A handicap scoring system will determine the winner. At the conclusion of play, tournament software will adjust the team totals on 6 randomly selected and unannounced holes. The team with the lowest adjusted score will be crowned Kissimmee Cup champion.
-
Teams with the three lowest adjusted scores will receive Kissimmee Cup trophies. The team with lowest gross team score will also be awarded.
- A scorecard playoff starting on the men's #1 handicap hole will be used to break ties.
-
Tournament scoring will adhere to golf's honor system. That is, each team is responsible for accurately recording and verifying their scores.
- All play will be from the WHITE tees (6391 yds) for MEN and RED tees (5166 yds) for WOMEN.
- The ball may be played no more than one standard putter length from the original position, no closer to the hole or as relief from a hazard.
- Prizes for individual contests such as "blind closest to the pin" and "most accurate drive" open to both Kissimmee Cup competitor and Sunshine State Open Division players will be announced prior to play.
