Kissimmee Cup International Pow Wow
June 1, 2008
Join the Growing Number of International Pow Wow Participants Making a Difference!

Dozens of travel professionals will give back to the industry they love by participating in the 3rd annual Kissimmee Cup at International Pow Wow at Reflection Bay Golf Club in Lake Las Vegas on June 1, 2008.

Participants affirm their "elite status" as supporters of the TIA Foundation and cement relationships between travel suppliers and buyers. The Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau, in association with TIA, invites you to join this officially-sanctioned pre-International Pow Wow event.

Help the TIA Foundation realize its goals of industry research and scholarships while creating valuable business contacts. The prestigious Kissimmee Cup at International Pow Wow is structured to help accomplish all of these worthwhile initiatives. It’s up to you to make them a reality.

This year's tournament invites more participation, promises lots of fun, and the opportunity to become the Kissimmee Cup at International Pow Wow champion.

The tournament centers on competition among 36 supplier-buyer teams:

  • 2-person scramble format.
  • Supplier and invited buyer partner post one team score.
  • Winning supplier's company name and each individual player's name permanently engraved on the championship trophy on display at TIA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
  • New this year, the “Sunshine State” Open Division offers participation to teams or individuals that don’t fit the preferred supplier-buyer team composition. Competition will still be a 2-person scramble.

Even if you’re not competing, you can be a sponsor and gain promotional presence while supporting the TIA Foundation. Join those whom soar to new heights of relationship building, business success and support to the future of the travel industry.
