The Osceola Library System offers free access to the Internet and offers WiFi Hotspots at its five, full-service locations. Traveler’s wishing to use the Internet should bring a picture ID to receive a free Internet only card. Traveler’s wishing to connect to the Library’s free WiFi network should bring their WiFi capable laptop.
